I am a fully registered psychologist. I work with clients aged 4-65+ including couples from a wide range of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and issues. My main therapeutic methods incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness , Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Schema Therapy among others. In addition I do and have facilitated a range CBT workshops across the lifespan.
